Most products are delivered to you directly from the appropriate manufacturer. The smaller products are delivered within 5 to 7 working days, whereas the larger items may take slightly longer at 2 to 3 weeks.

You will be notified by telephone of the delivery date, but if the product is out of stock you may cancel your order or place it on back order, in which case you will be charged the full cost of the product with the promise of a full refund up to the day before delivery.
